At Teachify, we're committed to revolutionising the landscape of education through cutting-edge technology to make time for what matters most. This is why we launched an exciting pilot program last year to test our platform's efficacy and gather valuable feedback from educators. Here's a glimpse of that exciting journey:
Piloting Across Various Educational Settings
Over the span of two months, Teachify was piloted across multiple educational settings, including a school in Birmingham, a supply teacher agency, and with various private tutors. With access to a total of more than 60 licences, we aimed to gauge the platform's performance and gather insights to refine our offerings.
Two Phases of Testing
Our pilot program was conducted in two phases to ensure thorough evaluation and feedback collection. In the first phase, users underwent an onboarding call where they were introduced to the app and encouraged to provide initial feedback. The second phase involved in-depth interviews and surveys to delve deeper into our user experiences and preferences.
Positive Feedback and Valuable Insights
To our delight, the feedback received from our pilot participants was overwhelmingly positive! Through 1-2-1 interviews and live application demonstrations, we gained valuable insights into user experiences and usability. More than that, our 5-star Trustpilot testimonials further validated the effectiveness of Teachify in streamlining teaching processes.
Reducing Lesson Planning Time by 70%
One of the most impactful findings from our pilot program was the significant reduction in lesson planning time. Through questionnaires and data analysis, we found that teachers using Teachify were able to reduce their lesson planning time by an impressive 70%, showcasing the platform's efficiency and effectiveness.
Enhancements and Future Plans
Based on the feedback we received, we identified areas for improvement and implemented significant changes to the app. One notable enhancement was the addition of a feature to tailor teaching resources to align with curriculum requirements, a feature that is now very popular with educators using the app.
